Neuroplasticity is the ability of the nervous system to change its activity in response to intrinsic or extrinsic stimuli by reorganizing its structure.

Showing up with a daily practice means you are taking the step toward rewiring stuck or stagnant habits, behaviors and patterns. With enough practice and consistency, you will create new neural pathways that will fill you with ease, inner peace and connection to yourself/others.
Let's unlock the power of your breath, together.

I appreciate your guidance so much. I usually need grounding breaths but energizing breaths are going to help motivate me. I am grateful to learn both and to know I can give my body what it needs.
