    As an educator and coach for organization across the country and world, Jadine brings her passion for breath, mind-body connection, and inclusivity to the forefront of all her work. Jadine uses a combination of breathwork, somatic practices like dancing, shaking, vagal toning, combined with sound healing practices to equip you with the tools to create sustainable wellbeing in your life. 

    She's experienced the effects of burnout, disconnection and anxiety, and realized she needed to resource herself to sustain her life and her work. Her goal is to create inclusive, brave spaces where you can learn and support yourself and the communities you serve.
